Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your purchase to us. To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be received by our facility within this 14-day period. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please ensure the item is returned to us by the deadline.

To qualify for a return, please ensure that your items are in the same condition as received: unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

RETURN PROCESS

 

  • Prepare Your Return: Include the packing slip (provided with your original order) in the return package to ensure smooth processing. Without the packing slip, we cannot process your return!
  • Package the Items: Carefully repack the items along with everything from your original order to ensure efficient processing.
  • Shipping: Send the package back to us using your preferred shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon receipt.
  • Proof of Shipment: Keep your shipment's tracking code as proof, as it may be required for any investigation later on.
  • Notify Us: Email us at info@arqeofficial.com to inform us of your return. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and proof of shipment.
  • Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue a refund within 5 business days if the items meet our return criteria.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any items are damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. Resolving any issues quickly to ensure your satisfaction is our utmost priority.

EXCHANGES

  • We do not offer exchanges, except in cases where the item is damaged or the issue is due to our error.

REFUNDS

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
